Lovely service! A fantastic selection of wines, spirits and food. This shop is a real asset to the town of Holt. All set up for Evri drop off and collections, which is really well organised. Great opening times too!

Open late- including Sundays- easy parking in Albert Street car park. Good shop- full of food, drinks, snacks, beer & wine.

Dan is very helpful and like someone else has mentioned is an asset to Holt. Friendly customer service that seems to be leaving the UK is loud and proud in holts folks. Many thanks Dan. Keep on smiling.

Avoid using this shop for Evri collections. Their communication via phone is non existent. I left three polite messages / they didn’t have the courtesy to respond. I went to collect on 24 Aug / said collect by 24 - not before. They had send good back to Evri. Owner tried to blame me! Most unhelpful. Seems a chaotic shop. Sorry - trying to help others avoid such poor service

I went into this shop and when I was paying for the bits I had bought I was made to feel very uncomfortable and just wonted to get out of the shop I am new to this Area and this experience In this shop has made me feel very unwelcome and I’m not sure if I will be going back in there after today which is a shame because it’s a nice little shop and all the other staff in the shop are very welcoming and very lovely and polite it is a shame that one member of the team can let a nice little shop down so bad
